		<description>Not sure if I agree that there are &lt;strong&gt;no&lt;/strong&gt; rules in business.  Rules of ethics, rules of conduct, rules of customer engagement...it&#039;s acting like there are no rules that gets businesses in trouble.  At the same time, I think there is plenty of room for being yourself within the boundaries of ethical conduct.</description>
