&lt;i&gt;No&lt;/i&gt; is not a personal rejection. I have to stop taking it that way. I have to stop intentionally engineering &lt;i&gt;maybe&lt;/i&gt;s to avoid &lt;i&gt;no&lt;/i&gt; or I&#039;ll never have a chance to get to the &lt;i&gt;best&lt;/i&gt; answer.</description>
